Welcome to Dubai! Met on arrival at the airport, your family is transferred in comfort to your luxury hotel. Settle in and spend a relaxed first evening — perhaps a stroll along JBR Beach or a first look at the glittering Dubai Marina — as the children get their first taste of this dazzling city.
Start at the top of the world — the Burj Khalifa's Levels 124 and 125 — for a thrilling panorama and a rooftop meal high above the city. In the evening, the whole family boards a private yacht for a sunset cruise along Dubai Marina, gliding past the Palm and Ain Dubai with the skyline glowing gold.
This afternoon, head into the desert for an adrenaline-filled family safari. Race across the dunes in a powerful dune buggy, try sandboarding and a camel ride, then settle into the camp for henna, cultural shows and a lavish BBQ dinner under a sky full of stars — a highlight for young and old alike.
Swap the desert heat for real snow at Ski Dubai, where the family can ski, toboggan and meet the penguins on genuine slopes inside the Mall of the Emirates. In the evening, journey around the world at Global Village, sampling street food, watching live shows and exploring the pavilions of more than 90 countries.
A splash-filled day at Atlantis Aquaventure, one of the world's greatest waterparks, with record-breaking slides, a private beach and the Lost Chambers Aquarium. As the day cools, take in The View at the Palm at sunset for a spectacular look over the iconic island and coastline.

- Passport & Visa: Most nationalities need a UAE tourist visa, which we can arrange for you. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates
- Currency: The official currency is the UAE Dirham (AED). Cards are accepted almost everywhere, but carry a little cash for taxis, souks and small purchases
- Dress Code: Dubai is cosmopolitan but modest — cover shoulders and knees in malls, souks and at mosques. Swimwear is fine only at pools and beaches
- Alcohol: Served only in licensed hotels, bars and restaurants. Drinking or being intoxicated in public is not permitted
- Tourism Tax: A Dubai Tourism Tax of 5-15 AED per room, per night, is payable by you directly at your hotel on check-out
- Weather: Dubai is very hot from May to September and pleasantly warm from November to March, the ideal season to visit
- Ramadan: During the holy month, avoid eating, drinking or smoking in public during daylight hours; hotels make discreet arrangements for guests
- Etiquette: Avoid public displays of affection and do not photograph government buildings, airports or local people (especially women) without consent
